We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Generative AI team and harness the power of GAI to drive innovation around efficiency and automation.
You’ll be in charge of leading and executing initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and automate tasks across the organization. In your day-to-day, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to work on new AI projects, as well as identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement by leveraging user data, AI technologies, and user feedback to iterate and enhance internal processes.
In this role you'll
- Own generative AI initiatives, focusing on enhancing efficiency and automation throughout the organization
- Promote AI-driven process improvement by defining, developing, and implementing product strategies, roadmaps, and features
- Conduct research and analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency enhancements
- Use data, AI technologies, and stakeholder feedback to iterate and innovate internal processes and tools
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI-driven efficiency and automation initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize them
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations—to drive generative AI integration and process improvements
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience working as a product manager in a startup environment, with a focus on automation, tooling, backend systems, and AI-driven products
- Experience with generative AI technologies such as GPT, VAE, and GANs
- Skilled at process improvement methodologies, user research, and data-driven decision-making
- A willingness to fearlessly question assumptions, challenge the status quo, and demonstrate genuine curiosity for experimenting with AI technologies and measuring impact
- Ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from concept to production and beyond
- Superior attention to detail (while keeping an eye on the big picture) and enthusiasm for enhancing efficiency and automation through innovative AI solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience harnessing data to inform decisions
- Outstanding communication skills, and a knack for clearly and effectively presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to work in an office environment
