As the Head of AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI initiatives and leading a team of talented professionals dedicated to advancing the field. Your expertise and vision will contribute to our mission of transforming the way tasks are automated and helping our clients harness the full potential of AI and LLM technologies.
What you’ll be doing as a Head of AI:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge AI and machine learning strategies across the organization, with expertise in integrating large language models (LLMs) into enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, backend and frontend developers, UX designers, and QA specialists, to ensure the successful execution of AI projects
- Establish and maintain scalable MLOps processes, overseeing the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring, with expertise in creating MLOps processes from scratch
- Drive the growth and development of the AI team, hiring top talent and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Develop a long-term strategy for the AI team's growth, setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals.
Job Qualifications and Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of leading and managing large-scale projects, and expertise in deploying ML solutions for industrial exploitation.
- Strong technical skills in advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning, computer vision,and natural language processing
- Experience with MLOps technology: Git, Docker, MLFlow/DVC/ClearML, Airflow
- Understanding the practice of LLMOps: Auto-GPT, Langchain, LlamaIndex, VectorDBs.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent programming skills in Python3, using efficient algorithms and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to haves:
- Active participation in industry conferences and public events, with a track record of showcasing thought leadership and expertise in the field of AI and machine learning
- Experience in commercializing ChatGPT or GPT3/4 for business applications.
